Rating: My bookshelf
Reading level: Early Elementary
It’s really hard to argue with a kid who helps his friends find their missing vegetables. (Or are tomatoes a fruit?!)
Things I liked:
- Nate cleans up after himself when he makes a mess in the kitchen—without being asked!
My only critique is that the kid calls himself “great” which seems a bit egotistical. But at least he’s not falsely humble. (Besides, he really is great!)
Warning: Don’t trust every Nate the Great book; The Missing Key was Not for Me.
