This is a sweet story about a kitte’n who was hit by a car and found on the side of the road by a vet assistant and her observant, gentle little cousin. The only agenda item I sensed here was support for local animal shelters. It’s a sweet story.

The only potential concern is when grandma accidentally lets the recovering cat out & granddaughter gets upset & runs home to look for it. Grandma huffs after but loses her and finally catches up. Then grandma gently scolds granddaughter. She shouldn’t have done that; its not safe for her to go alone.

Other than that minor issue, this is about as good as it gets these days. The little girl’s behavior is otherwise kind and compassionate.
