The author’s enthusiasm for the game of baseball is infectious. I even learned a thing or two about the Rockies’ stadium, which was a total bonus!
This was a lovely mystery (at about the reading level and maturity level of the Boxcar children mysteries). No hesitations recommending this for most families. That said, the young heroine’s parents are divorced, so if that is a sensitive topic for your family, you might proceed with caution.
I’m excited to try some others in the series!
