Rating: My Bookshelf
No hesitations recommending this one for young readers. It’s at about the reading level of the Boxcar Children, but more modern and fast-paced. The mystery involving missing pets is very age-appropriate. Even better, I like that the adults in the story are capable and yet respect the kids’ potential to contribute.
