A big-cast book that should be read after character introductions in The Woodsword Saga.

Good messages about teamwork, honesty, and friendship.

My main specific concern, other than gore, etc., is when an object gets touched “for luck.”

I don’t particularly love these, and yet kids seem to get hooked. Here is my review of the first book in the Woodsword Minecraft series.

If your kid likes these, they also may like Trapped in a Video Game by Dustin Brady. You can learn more in my review here.
