The typical concerns of Charlie Brown, Snoopy and friends are also here:
- Violence/Aggressive behaviors. Punches, etc.
- Romance. Lucy throws Schroeder’s piano away to remove competition, and Marcie asks Charlie Brown if he likes her and panics when he doesn’t hear her.
- Self Esteem/Name Calling. “Blockhead” and “Stupid” are frequently used.
All that said, it is still hard to let go of this classic and I think the silliness outweighs the bad.
