Brilliant presentations of Bible stories that are accessible to young children and still reach my own heart in their simple beauty.

Possible concerns:

  • I wish there was more racial diversity in the pictures.

Things I liked:

  • So much to love! Here is an excerpt from the story of the prodigal son (Volume 2):

There are 5 books and each one is worth every penny. I give them as gifts at baby showers. I’d put this up there in quality with The Jesus Storybook Bible, but the stories in this one are shorter and great for young, young kids.

My favorite (if I had to choose) is volume 5.
