Rating: My bookshelf
Reading Level: Late Elementary
An archeologist and his two children adventure to a mysterious rock in the desert. Their faith in God remains steady even in storms and military captivity.
Possible Concerns:
- Peril. Kidnapping, earthquakes, storms, military captivity, cannibalism, oppressive regimes. A mid-elementary kid with thick skin could probably handle it.
I’ll be looking to add this one to my bookshelf. It is less scary than the Door in the Dragon’s Throat, but still packs a gospel message.
