Rating: Needs Parent Supervision

Level: Early Elementary

I could take it or leave it on this easy-read, starter chapter book. A young pup is a bit wild but learns to behave at school. The grown up dog is annoyed at first but eventually think the pup needs to live a little bit. So they go have a fun night in the town together.

i think the moral of the story is it’s ok to have fun sometimes? Unfortunately a message kids receive might be that school can kill the fun.

I much prefer Doggo and Pupper Save the World.
