Reading Level: Early Elementary, Mid-Elementary, Late Elementary

I was on the border on this one and you certainly could do worse, but in the end the bad outweighed the good for me.

Possible Concerns:

  • Fishy play on words, using the Lord’s name in vain: “Oh my Cod” and “For Cod’s Sake“
  • Fat jokes: a chubby penguin gets stuck in a tunnel.
  • Stranger Danger: the penguin pair makes friends with a scientist that trapped them earlier on.
  • Ungratefulness/entitlement. A penguin tired of Antarctic winter feels entitled to a beach vacation
