Romantic interests develop. Emma and three men like to hang out together. The tenant shows deeper loyalty and friendship.
Possible Concerns:
- War. Emma lost a loved one in Afghanistan and sees horrifying photos of the war. She later attends her lost friend’s funeral, despite not being invited. It is a deeply devastating affair for her.
- Barmaid Dancing. Emma is blackmailed into doing some shady costume work and transporting a watch to someone.
- Ghosts. A friendly-ish ghost haunts the town. They celebrate Hallow’s eve and light candles in pumpkins.
- Romance. There are some hints of who married who and other romantic interests.
- Deaths of two parents. Emma is a young adult, but deeply misses her parents.
- Mentions of demons, gods, goddesses. All sort of with appreciation of the classics.
